Special Qualifications :
Should have experience from law firm, responsible to oversee legal matters including filling administration legal document, RUPS, BAPEPAM, Tax, Prepare legal opinion, Expert in acquisition of the company, and capable to review various contact agreement and other legal document
Basic Qualifications:
- Male / Female, max 35 years old
- Min S1 degree
- GPA Min 2.8 ( 4 scale)
- Having 2 years experience with relevant tasks
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good computer literacy and presentation skills
- Having excellent interpersonal and communication skill, high motivation, eager to learn
